Mr. Nebgen has been practicing entertainment law for over twenty-five (25) years and has been involved in the entertainment industry for over forty (40) years. His clients include film, television, theatre companies, actors/actresses, musicians, and many authors and painters. He counsels clients regarding business formation, intellectual property matters in copyright and trademarks, contract negotiations, and other corporate law matters.
Mr. Nebgen is a producer with credits in film, television, theatre, and music. As a producer, Mr. Nebgen produced such prominent Off-Broadway plays as the 20th Anniversary Revival of “Fortune and Men’s Eyes” and “Bert See’s The Light,” which featured Jack Black in his New York theatre debut. Mr. Nebgen worked on such Broadway productions as “Lettice & Lovage”, starring Tony Award winner Dame Maggie Smith, and Andrew Lloyd Webber productions of “Cats” and “Aspects of Love”.
Currently, Mr. Nebgen is producing an adaptation of his children’s book, “Theodore’s Plate,” into an animated Christmas Special.
Michael Kucharo, Vice-President
Mike has over forty years of experience in film production in both Los Angeles and Arizona as a Producer/Director, and Cameraman. Retired Member of the DGA (Directors Guild of America), He was a Founding Member of the AFDMC, and served seven terms as its President and still serves on the Board and as its current Vice President.
He was also a founding member of the APA (Arizona Production Association) and was its third President. Mike’s “hands-on” approach to the business and the creative side of production continues to this day as CEO and Executive Producer of the Kucharo Group, a full-service media production company.

An Arizona native, Peter Catalanotte has been with Film Tucson for over 20 years, facilitating production for a wide range of feature films such as TRAFFIC, THREE KINGS, ALMOST FAMOUS, THE HANGOVER: PART III, the HBO TV series DUSTER, and the upcoming Steven Spielberg film THE FABELMANS, along with a diverse array of reality TV shows, commercials, fashion shoots, and music videos.

RANDY MURRAY, Treasurer

Randy Murray’s career began when the Phoenix ABC affiliate signed a barter deal with him to turn one of his school projects into a weekly rock-n-roll TV show. He worked at two additional TV stations before becoming a commercial director at the largest production facility in the Southwest. In 1991 Randy and his wife Theresa formed Randy Murray Productions, RMP, a creative film and video boutique with a social obligation to use the power of story to advance the good in our world. With a balance of original content, commercial production, and production services. Clients have ranged from the United Way and the State of Arizona to CBS and BBC.
In 2018 Randy directed, and RMP produced, the Gosar Siblings political campaign that went viral and earned over five billion impressions worldwide.
RMP has provided production services for numerous network programs, projects include the BAFA-winning feature documentary The Imposter, the Discovery+ series Mind of a Monster, the Nat Geo films Doomsday and The Boston Bombers, as well as two multi-episode series for Investigation Discovery; Love The Way You Lie and two Women in Prison. Original RMP projects include Six one-hour episodes of Edge of War with General Wesley Clark for the American Heroes Channel, the award-winning documentary Mitchell 20 which was released theatrically nationally in 2012, and the critically acclaimed feature documentary on Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, The Joe Show, which enjoyed an international theatrical release and was broadcast by the Discovery Networks.
In 2017 the Investigation Discovery Channel commissioned the RMP series, Deadly Dentist, developed, shot, and post-produced in Arizona.
